One thing I’ve learned from my experience in Canada, is to not be too helpful with friends made here. As much as I hate too, I have no choice but to adopt this mentality. Friendship is all about being genuine and caring for the other. However, some people tend to see friendships for future gains.

The person who branded me as immature.. casually got her friends in Canada to entertain her friend from Singapore. This has an indirect impact on me cos my gf happens to be one of her friends in Canada. Which means to say I am expected to tag along by my gf.  Isn’t this just all too amusing. I’m looked down by them, and have earned such negative impression from them, yet I have to “service” them ?

Even if I’m not involved in this matter, I pity the other friends in this. Imagine having to entertain a total stranger. Someone whom you have not been introduced, or worse someone who is from a different country !

How will you feel, when you are constantly viewed negatively by one particular friend of yours ? Its amazing how much negative image I have built for myself upon him and his gf.  To them, I’m just an useless, good for nothing and immature scumbag who happens to have one of their friend as my gf.

Seriously, my message for them is, “try not to pretend that you know everything about me” when you actually don’t. I respect your age and personality and I hope you will show some fucking respect in return.

Finally my Exams are over ! This term was indeed a nightmare for me… Never get me to take another full year course that requires 30 pages of readings per week …. No more utilitarianism, no more capitalism… no more feudalism … no more global resource dividends !! Yesterday was my first experience in having to write pages and pages of essays for a final. The last time I had to do something similar was for my Literature in Secondary 3 .. and of course… I dropped that course later when I got to Secondary 4… I definitely can’t bull shit in exams..
Anyway, I made a random remark to melvy last night about heading down to Best Buy to queue up for the release of Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3) at 12am. I’m not a die hard fan for that game title.. but since it was just two streets down … why not ? And sooooo… we actually went… we left home at 11:45pm .. lol

The queue was there already of course.. but it wasn’t packed nor rowdy like what I’ve seen on youtube… Queued for like 45 mins before getting into the shop … Seriously, I was there more for the experience than the game. You don’t usually get such craze happening in Singapore, especially not for a game…

They actually made a replica of a police car from GTA.. See… the craze in North America ?

The game is pretty fun tho.. But aside from the improved Visuals and AI, the game play seems to be the same as their previous titles (which explains why I am not a Die hard fan)..

So I’ve moved to a new place.. Upgraded from level 20 to level 38 … goodness.. i can’t imagine the steps i have to climb if the emergency alarm does go off (which is quite common)…

Anyway, here’s the unfurnished version of the place I’m currently at… Seriously, I think all the junks from my old place… ruins the design of this unit…

Grab a hotdog from my favorite hotdog stand outside Computer Science Building !

Sausage is grilled to perfection, and the uncle makes the effort to heat up my bun everytime !

Hello World !

I am back in the blogging biz again ! Its been almost 6 months (or more than that?) since I blog. I am ready to put myself in this complicated blogsphere again  !

This will be a short update since i have a paper to sit for tomorrow…

• I moved to a new place. Its just 1 street down from my old place.. Sorta like moving from Ang mo Kio Ave 3 to Ang Mo Kio Ave 5…
• I have my own domain now ! Its muggslab…. kinda regret choosing this name… but hell..  its original ! Credits go to Bernard for coming up with the lab behind …
• I have finals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Next Tuesday… so busy busy busy .. !

All of a sudden, I miss Singapore so much…. Dreamed that I was back in Singapore, dreamed that I was out mingling with my friends…. Dreamed that I was at my loitering territory – Ang Mo Kio…
